Kay Royal, O.D.
Dr. Royal is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. A proud University of Georgia alumni, she remains an avid bulldog fan today. Dr. Royal opened her practice in Toccoa in 1994 and in March of 2007, purchased and renovated the historic downtown McBath home to house her practice. Dr. Royal is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of directors for both the Toccoa Lions Club and the Open Arms Clinic, a free medical clinic for the uninsured. She is also active in her profession, serving as the President of the Georgia State Board of Optometry since 2001 while having continued membership in the Georgia Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
